1. Application
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings made through the XQ Attractions Platform operated by Xiao Qiang Holidays Sdn Bhd. It should be read with the Website Terms & Conditions. Where a purchased Product states stricter or more specific change and refund rules, those Product terms apply.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to support, or through any cancellation function on the Platform. The effective date is when the Company receives the written request, measured against the Visit Date and session time in your confirmation.
2.1 Default Refund Schedule
Unless the Product terms state otherwise, the following schedule applies to cancellable ticket bookings:

2.2 Product-Specific Terms
Some attractions or tours are non-refundable, weather-dependent, or require longer notice. Always check the Product page and confirmation. Support will apply the purchased Product's terms when handling change or refund requests.
2.3 Administrative Fee
Approved refunds may be subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of RM 30 to cover payment processing costs, unless waived by the Company in writing.
3. Changes
Visit Date or guest-count changes are not guaranteed. Support will request availability from the venue or operator. Confirmed changes may incur a price difference and/or an admin fee.
4. Cancellation by the Company
The Company may cancel a booking when:
- The attraction or activity is closed or unsafe on the Visit Date.
- Force majeure or government restrictions prevent fulfilment.
- Fraud, eligibility failure, or payment failure is discovered.
In these cases, the Company will offer a reschedule where possible or a refund of amounts paid for the affected Product, without the administrative fee.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after approval, subject to bank processing times.
